We start by understanding the work, not the software.
A conversation about how your business actually operates today — who does what, where the paper is, what breaks. No proposal until we can describe your process back to you.
You get: A written summary of the problem, free of charge
The expensive decisions get made first, in writing.
Data model, offline behaviour, sync strategy, what happens when a machine dies. We write it down and walk you through it in plain language before any code exists.
You get: An architecture note and a fixed scope
You use it before we build it.
A working prototype of the screens your team will live in, so the layout is argued about while it is still cheap to change.
You get: A clickable prototype and a revised estimate
Built in stages you can see.
We ship working pieces on a regular cycle and review each one with you. No six-month silence followed by a surprise.
You get: Reviewable releases and a running changelog
Installed on your machines, with your data in it.
We install on site, migrate the records you already have, and train the people who will use it daily. Support afterwards comes from the people who wrote it.

BYT Dental
An offline-first Windows practice management system for clinics: appointments, patient files, x-rays, treatment plans, invoices and lab orders in one application that opens in about two seconds and never waits on a server.
We install it on site, train the front desk and the doctors in a single afternoon, and migrate existing patient records — paper, Excel or an older system — before the first live day.
